The area is a part of a condominium, with only one entry and the entry to the beach it is across private door. The beach zone is provided with permanent safety and the sea its free of stones. In case of rains we do not isolate and the area stays exactly in the 2nd line, behind the Hotel ” Samana Chacra ”. We are next to the people, but to 800 meters to the north of the beach most met by the people and surfers.

The walls are provided with a base which is stuffed with concrete and blue stone. Then it comes on foundation, which is done by beam of dragging about everything the built walls. The walls measure 3 meters to the evenness of the soil and 1.20 meters deep. There are columns of iron and cement every three meters. We will live on the north border, with security permanent for both areas, apart from the security of the entry. We are provided with the service of permanent water, light and soon cable and phone.
